Conscious sedation with nitrous oxide

Nitrous oxide is an inert gas, meaning it is non-irritating and non-toxic, used in so-called conscious sedation, in which the patient remains conscious throughout the procedure.


What are the benefits? It can affect the patient's perception of pain, reducing it, and their emotional state, relaxing them.


Its use is highly recommended in children and in certain situations in adults.

COVID-19 prevention measures have been validated by the government and have already been implemented in our practice to ensure the health of our patients, staff, and ourselves.

Telephone interview-Questionnaire

Access to the dental office is by appointment and telephone interview, to rule out the possibility of COVID-19. At the appointment, we will have you fill out a short questionnaire.

Health status and prevention

Your temperature will be taken before entering. Masks are required for entry.
Waiting room and reception
Please come unaccompanied (if possible); children may be accompanied by a family member. Maintain social distancing between everyone. We will provide disposable shoe covers and a bag for personal belongings.

SHU air purifier

Thanks to the air purifier, we can ensure the sanitization of the clinical environment and waiting rooms. Thanks to NASA-approved SHU technology, we can make the air healthy and free from bacteria and viruses, including the most feared ones.

Hand sanitization

Before entering the clinical area and subsequently after the service, you will be asked to wash your hands with hand sanitizer.

Personnel protection

Protection of staff with masks, glasses, and hats.

High speed suction

High-speed suction ensures a reduction in the dispersion of aerosols.

Protective shoes

Before entering the clinical area, protective shoes are provided which will be kept until the patient leaves the office.

Uncrowded waiting rooms

We schedule appointments so that there is no overcrowding in the waiting room.

SHU air purifier

The SHU air purifier is a new technology approved by NASA, capable of purifying the air from all bacteria and viruses. Scientific evidence supports this, and they are also trying to promote its sale in Italy given the recent outbreak of the much-feared coronavirus. Our practice has been using it for three years.
