Teeth whitening

The Versilia Dental Institute offers two whitening methods, one to be done at home and one in the clinic (although we recommend the at-home option): At-home method: apply custom-made trays with a whitening gel overnight for 1 to 2 weeks. In-clinic method: after proper isolation, apply the whitening gel for 15 minutes, repeating 2 to 4 times. Once the desired color is achieved, maintenance precautions must be followed, which will be revealed by our hygienists. Be careful, a good whitening will never last forever!

Knowing what you eat and whether these foods can be harmful to your teeth is the foundation of tooth decay prevention. Upon the hygienist's recommendation, download your food diary, which contains nutritional advice (for children and adults). Once completed, the hygienist will process it under their supervision.
